1. Daily inspection of CNC machining tools

Its important projects include hydraulic drive system, spindle bearing lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system, cooling system, and pneumatic operating system. Daily inspection is to check according to the normal conditions of each operating system. For example, when the entire process of the spindle bearing lubrication system is inspected, the switching power supply lamp should be on and the hydraulic pump should be operating normally. If the switching power supply is not on, the spindle bearing termination state should be maintained and contact the mechanical engineer. Carry out maintenance.

2. Weekly inspection of CNC machining tools

Its important items include machine tool parts and spindle bearing lubrication system. It should be checked regularly every week, especially for machine tool parts to remove iron filings and clean up external dirt.

3. Monthly inspection of CNC processing machine tools

It is important to carry out routine inspections of switching power supplies and air dryers. Under normal circumstances, the working voltage of the switching power supply is 180V-220V, and the frequency is 50Hz. If there is any abnormality, it must be accurately measured and adjusted. The air dryer should be removed once a month, and cleaned and installed.

4. Seasonal inspection of CNC machining tools

The quarterly inspection should carry out routine inspections from three aspects: machine bed, hydraulic drive system, and spindle bearing lubrication system. For example, when performing routine inspections on the machine bed, it is important to see whether the machine tool precision and machine tool standard meet the requirements in the manual. If there is a problem, you should contact the mechanical engineer immediately. During the routine inspection of the hydraulic transmission system and the spindle bearing lubrication system, if there is a problem, the new oil 6oL and 20L should be removed and cleaned respectively.

5. Half a year inspection of CNC processing machine tools

After half a year, the hydraulic transmission system of the machine tool, the lubrication system of the spindle bearing and the X axis should be routinely inspected. If something goes wrong, the new oil should be disassembled and cleaned. After fully understanding and mastering the common sense of preventive maintenance, you must also have a deeper understanding and indispensable mastery of the cause and handling of abnormal conditions of the hydraulic operating system. For example, when problems such as non-injection of the oil pump, abnormal pressure, and noise occur, you should understand what the main reasons are and the corresponding solutions.
