1. Flange forming die design defects

The mold is common to a double-cavity left/right part. 2. The forming process parameters are not in place.

In the process of forming the part, the process requires that the die, the core of the press, and the parts of the two must be closely attached together, and the plastic deformation of the sheet is forced to form when the machine slide slides down, and the processing technician does not specify according to the process. It is required to adjust the machine tool pressure in time at this stage, or at the intersection of each shift, there is no mutual communication of machine pressure stability information, resulting in unstable workpiece quality. When the batch production is more complicated, and the small and medium-sized shafts and sleeve parts with inner holes and threads are used, the turret lathe should be used for processing.
